Order Fulfillment
All orders are processed on a daily basis from Monday to Friday in the order we receive them. Some holidays may affect processing time. Usually, our processing time is 24 hours or less. We can generally deliver within 2 – 3 business days, unless specified otherwise.
At VinTel, we stand by our products. If you buy something from us and are dissatisfied in any way, get in touch with us and we’ll try to make it right. We do accept returns of physical products within 30 days of purchase.
In general, we’ll refund or replace any module that is damaged upon receipt. If there are problems with quality that go beyond the normal wear and tear, we’ll try to make those right too.
Our W-9 is available upon request. We accept purchase orders.
